Description/History
The Magnolia St. Improvements project is part of our Capital Improvements Plan and is currently being designed. The existing Magnolia Street is an asphalt road and will be widened to a 37 ft. concrete roadway. Due to the widening of Magnolia St. and limited right-of-way width, Oncor Electric Delivery Company requested additional easement to relocate their existing infrastructure.
Justification
The permanent easement dedication to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, will accommodate their design and realignment to avoid conflicts with the proposed Magnolia St. design.
The Director of Public Works will be in attendance at the meeting to answer Council’s questions.
