Description/History
MEDC would like to engage The Retail Coach, LLC to assist with recruiting desired retail development to the City of Mansfield.
Justification
The services provided by The Retail Coach, LLC will assist MEDC in attracting the "next level" retailers. The Retail Coach currently provides MEDC with the annual demographic report and semi-annual traffic counts that are published on the MEDC website. Staff recommends approving $40,000 to fund the professional services contract with The Retail Coach, LLC
