Requested Action
Take action to elect the President for the Mansfield Public Facility Corporation Board of Directors.
Recommendation
Staff recommends electing the President.
Description/History
Per section 3.1 of the Public Facility Corporation Bylaws, Officers shall serve for two year terms or until his or her successor is appointed. Additionally, a vacancy in any office shall be filled by a vote of a majority of the Board.
The previous President of the Board is no longer a City Council Member, which has left the President position vacant.
