Description/History
The City Council approved the resolution calling the May 12, 2012 Special Election on March 5, 2012.
The resolution needs to be amended to include the following:
Agreement with Tarrant County:
The City has received the final contract from the Tarrant County Elections Administration and will be attached as Exhibit "A".
Redistricting:
Due to redistricting, the following precincts have been included in the City of Mansfield:
Precinct No. 2435, Precinct No. 2557, and Precinct No. 2618.
Appointment of Election Judges and Alternate Election Judges - Tarrant County:
The election judge and alternative election judge have been appointed to conduct the Tarrant County portion of the May 12, 2012 election; therefore, their names need to be incorporated into the resolution.
Appointment of Election Judges and Alternative Election Judges - Johnson and Ellis County:
The election judge and alternative election judge have been appoint to conduct the Johnson and Ellis county portions of the May 12, 2012 election, therefore, their names need to be incorporated into the resolution.
