Council approve the resolution to vote for Joe Pitts to the Directors of the Ellis Appraisal District in Ellis County, Texas.
Recommendation
Staff is recommending that the allotted vote (1) be cast for Mr. Phillip Lynch to the Directors of the Ellis Appraisal District of Ellis County, Texas.
Description/History
Taxing entities within Ellis Appraisal District of Ellis County, Texas are requested to select board members for the District. The Property Tax Code requires that votes be in an open meeting by resolution and the results of the vote be returned to the District before December 15, 2009.
