Recommendation
The Department of Planning and Development recommends approval.
Description/History
The purpose of this plat is to subdivide four existing lots to create seven new lots. The lots will be served by a private street maintained by the residents.
The plat is titled “Final Plat” to comply with Tarrant County’s subdivision regulations. A public hearing is required when platted residential lots are subdivided.
The property is in the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Tarrant County. Under the terms of our inter-local agreement with Tarrant County, the design and construction of the street will follow the County’s subdivision standards. After approval by the Commission, the plat must also be approved by the Tarrant County Commissioners Court prior to filing.
Although there are no signatures on copy of the plat in the Commission’s packet, the filing copy has been signed. The plat meets the requirements of the City’s Subdivision Control Ordinance.
