Recommendation
The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on December 1, 2014, and voted to recommend approval.
 
Description/History
The applicant has proposed to develop Baker Estates south of Lone Star Ranch.  He is requesting zoning change to match the zoning of Lone Star Ranch.  The property is adjacent to Willow Bend Mobile Home Park and Ramtech's outside storage. An existing XTO gas well site is within this property.  According to the concept plan, the lots would be separated from the gas well site by either a street or open space buffer.
