Description/History
The Hotel Occupancy guidelines were adopted by City Council on April, 13, 2009 and are used yearly for applicants soliciting Hotel/Motel Occupancy Tax from the City of Mansfield.
Justification
On April 4, 2017 the Hotel/ Motel subcommittee met to review the current guidelines and application. The subcommittee has recommended amending the percentages suggested for each type of event. Documents were reviewed by the Legal Department.
