Approval of an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the City of Mansfield and the City of Grand Prairie.
Description/History
A 12" water line is needed to serve Lot 1, Block 1 Church on Rush Creek, Mira Lagos Addition within the City of Grand Prairie. This water line will be part of the Grand Prairie water system. The most reasonable location for the proposed water line is on the east side of Day Miar Rd. within City of Mansfield right-of-way.
Justification
The City of Mansfield has no objection to the water line being located within the City of Mansfield's Day Miar Road right-of-way. This interlocal cooperative agreement provides for relocation of the water line in the future if deemed necessary at no cost to the City of Mansfield.
