To consider the subject zoning change request.

 

Recommendation

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on 11/16/15 and voted 6-0 recommend approval.  Commissioner Neuman was absent.

 

Description/History

The subject property is across the street from Rhimco and backs up to the railroad. The property owner is seeking to rezone the property to I-1, Light Industrial for the office and storage operation of a potential contractor.
