Approve the Resolution authorizing a contract with Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc. for design services and a contract with Brittain and Crawford for Surveying Services for the for the Debbie Lane Road Improvements.
Recommendation
The Engineering Staff recommends the approval of Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc. for design services and with Brittain and Crawford for Surveying Services for the Debbie Lane Road Improvements.
Description/History
The Debbie Lane Road Improvements project consists of the design and survey of pavement, drainage and utilities for a 4 lane divided road from Matlock to the east Mansfield city limits.
These fees are fair, reasonable and comparable to those charged for said work in this area.
Justification
This street project is in the Capital Improvement Plan.
The Public Works Director will be in attendance at the meeting to answer Council's questions regarding the proposed project. A resolution is attached for Council's consideration.
