Description/History

The City of Mansfield is acquiring property at 109 S. Main through a Developer’s Agreement for $50,000 and the MPFDC is contributing funds for the portion of the property that will be for the proposed Pond Branch Linear Park.  The MPFDC approved the contribution to the City for this purchase at a Special Meeting on March 3, 2016.

Justification

This contribution for the portion of the property will allow MPFDC the necessary land required for the construction of the Pond Branch Linear Park.

MPFDC ½ cent sales tax
