Description/History

The proposed improvements to this 32.352-acre site include 215 single family homes, approximately 4.3 acres of open space, and multiple civic spaces throughout the development.

 

Justification

Per Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, a Public Improvement District may be established only after the governing body of the municipality holds a public hearing on the advisability of the improvement.
