Description/History
The City Council approved the Planned Development for The Tuscan Conference Center on May 27, 2008.  At this time, the developer is seeking approval to revise the monument sign criteria for the PD.  The proposed sign will be mounted on what appears to be the ruins of an old building.  All construction materials will match those used for the Conference Center.  The sign will be located at the entrance to the center, off Walnut Creek Drive.
 
Section 5100 of the Zoning Ordinance states that: "Proposed revisions or modification to an approved development plan shall be noted and shown………., copies of the proposed revised plan shall be submitted to the City Council for its review………If, in the City Council's determination, said revised plan does not constitute a significant change, no public hearing shall be called and the revision shall be deemed approved."
