Requested Action

To consider the subject zoning change request.

 

Recommendation

The Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on November 16, 2015, and voted 6-0 to recommend approval.  Commissioner Neuman was absent.

 

Description/History

The PD zoning is for a proposed subdivision named The Oaks Preserve consisting of 1/3 acre to 1 acre lots (see attached layout). The development regulations and site plans are shown in Exhibits B, C and D. The property is in Mansfield’s extra-territorial jurisdiction and will be annexed by request of the owner.
