Description/History

Staff received the attached petition of annexation from the developer of The Oak Preserve. A copy of the service plan required by state law is also attached. The annexation proceedings are shown below.

11/09/15, 7 pm - 1st public hearing

11/10/15, 8 am special meeting - 2nd public hearing

12/14/15, 7 pm - 1st reading of annexation ordinance

12/15/15, 8 am special meeting - 2nd reading of annexation ordinance

12/16/15, 8 am special meeting - 3rd reading of annexation ordinance
