Description/History

Please see attached letter and explanation for the request. In the original development agreement, Mansfield Custom Homes agreed to finish the foundations of 3 of the 5 homes by September 27, 2015.  Immediately after the closing, MCH went to work immediately on grading and subdivision plat.  The construction for the first home started upon permit issuance on April 28, 2015, before the construction start of the city water and sewer lines in Alvarado Street.  The home is near completion.  It is expected to spur buyers interest in new homes on Alvarado Street.
