Description/History

The property is zoned in Neighborhood Center One Sub-district of The Reserve PD.  Per the zoning change stipulations, the property owner is submitting the detailed site plan for Council's approval.  The proposed plans for the bank and related drive-through facility comply with the requirements of The Reserve PD.
