Changed Exhibit A Article II Section D to remove 30 gallon maximum capacity.
Changed Exhibit A Article II Section F. (A) last sentence to read "Garbage and trash containers shall be removed from the curb after collection no later than 12 p.m. the day following collection."
Changed Exhibit A Article V Section B. (A) last sentence to read "Recycling containers shall be removed from the curb after collection no later than 12 p.m. the day following collection."
Justification
To provide language for the switch to recycling carts and to address other deficiencies in the existing ordinance.
