Description/History

Verizon Wireless would like to lease space on top of the water tower located at 1220 East Debbie Lane (Debbie Tower). This is the tower that has the Mansfield Lady Tigers' basketball championship titles on it.

Justification

Space is available and Verizon has agreed to pay an annual lease payment to the City of $28,000.00 for the first year. Lease payments will increase by 3% every year.
