Authorization to negotiate, purchase, and execute any documents necessary for the purchase of land described by the title.

 

Recommendation

Staff recommends approval.

 

Description/History

Approximately 9 Acres at the Northeast Corner of Regency Parkway and Heritage Parkway, Tarrant County, Texas, in an area also known as “The Reserve” is an area City Council has identified as an ideal location for future development.

Justification

City Council seeks to create development in The Reserve to encourage economic activity in a central location of the City.
