Recommendation
The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on September 2, 2014, and voted 4-2 (Polozola and Dodson) to recommend approval. Commissioner Smithee was absent.
Description/History
The applicant is the developer and builder of the Lone Star Ranch subdivision to the west. His zoning change request is consistent with the SF-7.5/16 zoning of Lone Star Ranch. If approved, it will become an extension of the existing development.
