Requested Action
To consider the subject variance request.
 
Description/History
The proposed Raising Cane's is between Sam's Club's parking lot and Sonic, across from the Exxon gas station and Braum's Ice Cream.  It will be on Lot 10 of Mansfield Town Center East and will replace the existing building previously occupied by Dollar General. It will use the existing drives along FM 157.  The drive through lane will be partially concealed by the parked cars and the required landscaping along FM 157.
The applicant stated that his company has spent approximately $17,000 on surveying, attorney fees, geotechnical and environmental studies, architectural and other consultant fees.  Please see his letter for further explanations, justifications, site plan and building elevations.
