Description/History

The City of Mansfield has been developing plans for the design/construction of a multipurpose stadium east of Toll Road 360 and north of Lone Star Road.

 

Justification

The Construction Manager at Risk delivery option gives the city more control on the budget and timing of a major project like a stadium.
