Description/History
The Mansfield Riverwalk is a vision for The Reserve which will create an environment for world-class water-front retail and dining experiences, as well as create an identifiable backdrop for city-wide events, both new and traditional. Due to the amount of space and complexity of the project, the City desires to partner with a design firm to capture the vision in a Master Plan, and then transition the plan into feasible development phases. The development partner on this project is Stillwater Capital.
Justification
John R. McAdams Company, Inc. has an extensive portfolio that includes similar projects such as the Roanoke City Center.
