Description/History

The property is zoned in the Neighborhood Center One Sub-district of The Reserve PD. Per the zoning change stipulations, the property owner is submitting the detailed site plan for the Council's approval.
The proposed plans comply with the requirements of The Reserve PD. The retail center will be occupied by an Asian restaurant and a retail tenant.
