Consider approval of resolution authorizing final offer to Martinez Family Limited for said property.

Recommendation

Approval of resolution.

Description/History

The property located at 116 Smith Street is needed for a proposed public parking lot and as such; it is in the best interest of the City to make a final offer to Martinez Family Limited in the amount of $60,500, which includes the appraised value of $55,000 plus 10%.

Justification

Property is being acquired for a public purpose.
