Requested Action

Consider the subject Chapter 380 Agreement.

 

Recommendation

Approve the agreement.

 

Description/History

The proposed agreement will provide a $20,000 economic development loan for the remodeling of Big D Barbecue at its current location at 226 N. Walnut Creek Drive. The improvements will increase the seating capacity and sales revenue of the restaurant (see information in letter from applicant).
