Description/History
Vinson & Elkins LLP is the current City of Mansfield's "Bond Counsel". The public finance partners of Vinson & Elkins LLP and their attorneys are leaving the firm to join Bracewell & Giuliani LLP.
Justification
The City of Mansfield desires to maintain the excellent relationship which it has with the attorneys that have handled the city's bond consultation projects.
