Consider the suspension of the Procedural Rules of Council as set out in Section 1.02 "General Rules", J "Suspension of Rules" and reschedule the regular scheduled Council meeting of May 28, 2024 to May 20, 2024 .
Recommendation
Suspend the Procedural Rules of Council and reschedule the May 28, 2024 regular scheduled meeting to May 20, 2024.
Description/History
Suspending the rules to reschedule the meeting will allow for members of Council to attend previously scheduled commitments.
