Description/History
Staff has worked with Mansfield National Golf Club, Big League Dreams and Hawaiian Falls to determine the best place to locate an additional parking lot that will enhance all three facilities. The parking lot, with help from R-Delta Engineers, has been designed to add an additional 135 parking spaces. These additional spaces will be used for Hawaiian Falls and Big League Dreams staff parking, as well as for overflow parking for all three partners, including Mansfield National Golf Club.
The bid notice for the parking lot project was advertised in the Star-Telegram on March 28th and April 4th, and bids were opened on April 12th. At the bid opening the apparent low bidder was CLLA Group and after review of the bid submittal, this contractor represents the best value to the City. The MPFDC at their April 19th meeting approved funding the project and awarding the bid to CLLA Group, LLC.

To provide adequate parking for all of the recreational facilities in this area
