Description/History
The Mansfield Police Department began using Flock license plate reader systems in 2022. The implementation of Flock license plate readers has led to numerous felony arrests, recovered stolen vehicles along with missing person recoveries. It has also assisted in the investigations and arrests in many offenses. This agreement will allow the use of Flock license plate readers on Texas Department of Transportation right of way.
