Description/History
The subject property consists of approximately 1.398 acres, generally located at the northwest corner of State Highway 360 and Broad Street.
The applicant is requesting a Detailed Site Plan review in order to build a retail/restaurant building. The development will be served by a parking lot with 79 parking stalls, which meets the Zoning Ordinance requirements of 78 parking stalls (1 stall per 100 sq. ft. of restaurant space, and 1 stall per 250 sq. ft. of retail space).
