Description/History
The developer is developing a four-story multi-family residential complex (approximately 388 units) and five-story garage (approximately 580 spaces) on the property located at 1725 E Broad Street.
Justification
High-quality multi-family residential options will increase activation of the Shops at Broad development and support the current and anticipated restaurants, retail, and entertainment options available. The proximity of the multi-family complex to the Shops at Broad development increases the walkability of the development as a whole.
