Description/History
The City of Mansfield currently owns and operates a gun range and driving track facilities and Burleson desires to use the Facilities for training and qualifying its law enforcement personnel.
Justification
The City of Mansfield currently owns and operates a gun range and driving track facilities and Burleson desires to use the Facilities for training and qualifying its law enforcement personnel.
The term of this Agreement shall be for a four-year term beginning May 1, 2024, and terminating on April 30, 2028, unless sooner terminated. Either party may decide to terminate this Agreement for any reason upon thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Funding Source
The Inter-Local Agreement (Section “III, Fees”) provides a fee schedule the City of Burleson would pay to the City of Mansfield for use of the Facilities for training or firearms qualifications.
