Requested Action
Council approve the resolution ot vote for Mr. Byron Black to the Board of Directors for the Central Appraisal District of Johnson County, Texas.
Recommendation
Staff is recommending that the allotted votes (25) be cast for Mr. Byron Black to the Board of Directors of the Central Appraisal District of Johnson County, Texas. The primary reason for staff's recommendation is to provide consistency and continuity among board members.
Description/History
Taxing entities within the Central Appriasal District of Johnson County, Texas are requested to select board members for the District. The Property Tax Code requires that votes be in an open meeting by resolution and the results of the vote be returned to the District before December 15, 2009.
