Requested Action

Review the proposed amendments described in the attachment and provide directions to staff and P&Z.

 

Recommendation

Proceed with public hearings to receive public input on the proposed amendments.

 

Description/History

See the attachment for description of the proposed amendments recommended by the Code Enforcement Subcommittee and how they would apply to existing uses.  At the last meeting, the City Council added proposed amendments of garage sales regulations.
