The Detailed Site Plan does not go to the Planning and Zoning Commission
Description/History
The property is zoned PD for a retail center including a high-end grocery store anchor, restaurants and a convenience store/gas station. Development of the site began early this year. This is one of the pad sites that have to come back to the council for site plan review. The west half of the building is slated for Zoe’s Kitchen with Mediterranean and Greek food choices. The bank originally slated for the second half of the building is no longer a tenant.
