Staff Analysis
The subject property consists of two (2) tracts of land located in Tarrant County and Johnson County. Between the two tracts, there is approximately 121.459 acres of land.
Although rectangular in geometry, the subject property presents an opportunity to introduce one of the first traditional neighborhood developments to the market.
