Resolution - A Resolution Authorizing a Contract Amendment with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for Design and Construction Management and Inspection Services in the Amount of $247,500.00 (Utility Fund) for the Low Branch Lift Station and 30” Force Main
Requested Action
Approval of a resolution authorizing a contract amendment with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for design and construction management and inspection services for the Low Branch Lift Station and 30” Force Main
Recommendation
The Engineering Staff recommends the approval of the contract amendment with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for design and construction management and inspection services in the amount of $247,500.00.

Therefore, staff feels it necessary to employ third-party construction management and inspection services to assist with construction and inspection of the lift station facility. Freese and Nichols will provide a part-time resident representative for these services for an amount not to exceed $212,675.00. This will include up to 1,305 hours based on 5 hour...
