Staff received the attached petition of annexation from the developer of The Oak Preserve. The annexation proceedings are shown below. The dates and time of the special meetings are subject to Council approval.

11/09/15, 7 pm - 1st public hearing

11/10/15, 8 am special meeting - 2nd public hearing

12/14/15, 7 pm - 1st reading of annexation ordinance

12/15/15, 8 am special meeting - 2nd reading of annexation ordinance

12/16/15, 8 am special meeting - 3rd reading of annexation ordinance
