Description/History
The City Council approved the resolution calling the May 12, 2012 Special Election on March 5, 2012.
The resolution needs to be amended to include the following:
Agreement with Tarrant County:
The City has received the final contract from the Tarrant County Elections Administration and will be attached as Exhibit “A”.
Redistricting:
Due to redistricting, the following precincts have been included in the City of Mansfield:
Precinct No. 2435, Precinct No. 2557, and Precinct No. 2618.
Appointment of Election Judges and Alternate Election Judges - Tarrant County:
The election judge and alternative election judge have been appointed to conduct the Tarrant County portion of the May 12, 2012 election; therefore, their names need to be incorporated into the resolution.
