Requested Action

To consider the proposed revision described below.

 

Description/History

The City Council approved the original Planned Development for this property in 2014.  The developer is requesting to add a one-level parking deck to the development and 30 additional units at 950 square feet per unit, Phase 1 units were 960 square feet.  The units will be spread among the four buildings shown on the Proposed Plan.  Previously approved Building 7 is now U-shaped instead of L-shaped and Building 6 is now L-shaped instead of a rectangle.  The two buildings fronting Main Street are in the same configuration.  No other changes are proposed to the development requirements.  The Lofts recently completed construction of Phase 1 and are now open.
