Approve the proposed Detailed Site Plan
Description/History
The proposed site plan for Chicken Express (attached) is in compliance with the approved zoning and master detailed site plan of The Village Off Broadway. The future development will be compatible with other retail/service uses along this segment of East Broad Street.
Last October, City Council changed the zoning of this property from the Neighborhood Center Two Subdistrict of The Reserve to the Neighborhood Center One Subdistrict (same zoning as the Kroger shopping center). At that time, the property owners did not have a site plan for the individual lots, so they were required to submit site plans for Council approval.
