Description/History
The subject property is located south of the proposed assisted living facility and east of the proposed Rosa's Mexican Café.
This item is scheduled for Council's consideration because of the stipulations of the PD zoning for Broad Street Medical. During the approval of the PD zoning in 2010, the developer presented detailed site plans for the medical office building and assisted living, and agreed to submit site plans for approval when there is a buyer or user for the lots fronting East Broad Street.
The proposed development on Lot 1 will be for a medical clinic and a potential surgical center. The proposed development complies with the PD requirements and will complement the other uses in Broad Street Medical Plaza.
