To consider the subject zoning change request.

 

Recommendation

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on 11/2/15 and voted 7-0 to recommend approval. 

 

Description/History

The proposed SUP is for a Schlotzsky’s restaurant that will have a drive through window. The other occupants in the retail building will be Ideal Dental, Sport Clips, and an undetermined tenant. The proposed site plan meets all the requirements for restaurants with drive-through services as well as architectural design standards.
