Requested Action:
To consider the change of zoning request.

Recommendation:
This request was last heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission and tabled at the June 3, 2024, public hearing. At that time, the Department of Planning and Development Services provided additional text amendments to the proposed PD, Planned Development District standards that further clarify land use and other placemaking controls to deliver a visual aesthetic in alignment with the direction and guidance provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Mansfield 2040 Plan.

The Department of Planning and Development Services recommends approval of the request as presented with the sole consideration that photographs, illustrations, or other graphic depictions are provided for examples of the porch, stoop, and dooryard frontages. Such photographs, illustrations, or other graphic representations shall be attached as diagrams to the PD, Planned Development District standards.
