To consider the proposed plat

 

Recommendation

The Department of Planning and Development Services recommends approval as the subdivision conforms to the Mansfield Subdivision Ordinance and the requirements in Chapter 212 of the Texas Local Government Code.

 

Description/History

The purpose of this plat is to establish 14 lots within the subject properties, which is approximately 105.837 acres. The property was rezoned to S, South Mansfield Form-based Development District in 2023.

 

The newly created lots adhere to the development standards specified in the zoning regulations. By creating these lots, this plat formally establishes legal lots of record, allowing future development to begin.
