Description/History

The developer originally proposed a 6' Stone-Crete Fence along the south property line of his development.  He is proposing a substitution with a 6' SimTek Fence. Instead of pre-cast concrete, the SimTek Fence is made of linear low-density polyethylene plastic. It has higher tensile strength and higher impact and is puncture resistance. This will be the first time that we permit this type of fence.
