Approve a Resolution for agreement with Intercon Environmental, Inc. for asbestos remediation and demolition services.

Description/History

In 2024 the City acquired the properties at 115, 117, 119 Depot Street and 213, 219 Smith Street for the purpose of economic development within Historic Downtown Mansfield. To properly secure the site and prepare it for re-development the existing structures, foundations, and materials need removed.

 

Justification

Budgeted General Fund project for FY2025.
